A little thicker and only 8 mm longer. Should be a great EDC.

I've received my 2 shipping notices. 1 for the Zenith and 1 for AW P18500 li-ions.

Mine has been sitting in Los Angeles since Friday. If I'm lucky, it will arrive on Monday (or maybe Tuesday). :)

I'm carrying a spare 18500 with me at all times, so I'm ready whenever it arrives. ;)

Looking forward to pics from those fortunate few who receive these beauties. Particularly next to other lights, like HDS, McGizmo, etc. :)

My light is out for delivery, and I've already scheduled a photo shoot for tonight. :)

I'm going to take a number of Zenith-only shots, along with updated Tain family shots. Additionally, I'll take some shots with a few other lights (including the Haiku) for size comparison. I should be able to get these posted later tonight.

Tain, do you know what type of steel was used to make the Damascus? I think I see some nickel.

A couple more bills and I could own that amazing looking dama !!

These are amazing works of art !!!!

If any of you guys who get your lights first could check which cells fit, reports from the field would be appreciated.

Do 18500 Protected work (sometimes protected are too long)?
Do IMR cells work (sometimes IMR or unprotected are too short)?
Do the cells need to be button top or will flat top cells work too?

I'll probably be updating my Tain family photos this weekend when I have more time, but here are a few quick pictures of this gorgeous light! :)

And here is a size comparison photo. Left to right:
Mirage Man Fatty, McGizmo Haiku, Zenith, Jeff Hanko D10, Sunwayman V10R, Flute

Not that this helps a lot, but right now I have a TrustFire protected button-top in my light and it fits just fine. I would never buy this cell now, but I happened to have one around from VERY early in my flashlight days, and it still had a good charge so I used it...

I'm pretty sure that protected (AW) 18500 will fit in these lights. They fit in his 18500 Thud LT.
