Awesome pens and gadgets everyone, even the cool stories!

I want one of those screwdrivers too, but have too many multitool to justify more money being spent hehe.

I was actually given a Boker Tactical pen for Christmas by my Daughter's boyfriend! Points for trying, but she's still my daughter...:touche: :)

He must think you like him if he's willingly handing over impact weapons. Lol

Ti POST RAW

Titanium, beautiful finish, well balanced, no moving parts other than screw-on cap & a spring inside, takes more types of refill than you can throw a stick at. Have one for about a year now, and love it! Biggest worry is to lose it in some silly / stupid manner... :mecry: Then again, chances are by that time there's even nicer pens out there.

Love those bolt-action pens too, design-wise. But most are too expensive for my taste, and I prefer as few moving parts as practical. No complicated mechanism = little to break = pen can be enjoyed for a long time.

T zero- There is always the pen in the plus scales of the Victorinox Swiss Army knives... :) I know, way too small and not the best quality, but it's smaller!!!

Yep. :) I was more just joking about the smaller factor than any real utility or high quality. Though I have used mine more than once!

T zero, you may want to look at the Pico Pen from TEC Accessories.

http://the-gadgeteer.com/2009/07/31/tec-accessories-picopen-review/

I have one, the only issue is that the magnet is just not strong enough to ride on a key chain. If you lightly carry it you are ok. But a strong bump or drop will dislodge it. Works great in your pocket or like a diary or back pack zipper pocket.

FOOTNOTE: Other reviews of this pen claim the magnet on the cap is super strong. That is not my experience. So, I may have gotten a bum unit?

My company gave me a montblanc pen for a 5th year anniversary with the company logo on the lower end of the pocket clip. It was a nice heavy ball point twister.

Well at some point a cap on the tip came off and I lost it. That's what held on the pocket clip....

So I see an "ink pen" store at a high end shopping mall to see what you can find in an ink pen store.
$5000 pens and a really dumb blond as the 'hostess'...see in a high end ink pen store they don't have a cashier/sales staff...they have a hostess.

I wasn't able to find a replacement cap for my pen, but did find a carbon fiber Cross pen.

Unfortunatly that ended up with the same fate as the cap to my montblanc, which I have no idea it's where abouts either....

But I did stumble onto a nifty Cross carbon fiber/acrylic (with stainless accents)Honda executive pen...

^^ came in a nifty box

The problem with Mount Blanc is they have no repair facilities, i guess if i break mine, i will have to find one of the guys that services them privately.

even with all the beautiful Dupont pens, i move from location to location in a tom Bihn notebook, around the house, i use only sharpies and Parker Jotters. All promotional and swag pens get tossed. looks clean['. on my desk at my plush, well lit, ultra spacious, high tech and heavily decorated studio office, I only use my Mount Blanc on my desk. and the rest are sharpies, photo studio, what else... right?

I sold my Montblanc's.
They were just too dainty to EDC around.
They kept getting scratched, etc.
Used the money to buy some ti custom lights.
These lights are also dainty LOL!

Agree on your daily pens. I also EDC stainless steel Sharpies. Love them and my Pilot G2!
That's a good point Rush, they are for desks and suit pockets. I have the Hinderer Kubaton I use as a pen, and have carried it daily since i got it like 8 years ago? Love the thing!
