    NovaTac or Nitecore?

We're both wrong. That was the thread that I meant and I was wrong about that. There IS a thread discussing this where Henry from HDS confirms that it's possible to do this. I just cannot, for the life of me, find it................... EDIT: it's possible that I'm confused but I know that it's...

LOD CE head fits new Steamlight Microsteam body (tactical switch)

Rubber strap wrenches on the body and head (or rubber bands) and gentle application of heat from a candle. you don't need to get it hot, just warm. Then all you do is do the twist...................:D

    Surefire E1B Question

Hello and :welcome: Someone's going to say this so it might as well be me. This question has been asked and answered a few times before so if you do a search you'll probably find it but the answer is no. Always search first tho, it'll save you some grief..............

    NovaTac or Nitecore?

Check through 4sevens past posts and he accidentally did it to his 85T. Henry from HDS systems then came on the thread and gave a link to instructions for how to do it, you have to click like 250 times to access it (don't quote me on that). The T model is the same as the P model it just comes...

    NovaTac or Nitecore?

Very nice, good luck with that! As for hobbies, guns, computers and flashlights seem to go well together with most CPF members so you'll fit right in :D and for your first light, the HDS RA clicky would be a beautiful choice.

18650 light. Need help finding a small one with decent runtimes.

So just dim it down a bit until you get your 2 hours of runtime right? You'll still be close enough to 200 lumens where your eye probably won't see the difference

    NovaTac or Nitecore?

Don't forget that you can save a few bucks, buy a 120T and reprogrem it to be a "P" model. For me tho, I'd stick with one of the NC's. My D10 has proven itself to be nearly perfect.........................

Should I get the SF L1?

Now THAT's an easy one. If I could swing it financially I'd get an A2 in a second. The combo of a nice, floody low level and an intense, regulated incan. high is a killer combo. Add to that the great UI/switch and it's just a really useful light.

Should I get the SF L1?

My opionion is that I want to be your friend. My other opion is that you don't need the L1 because there is nothing that it can do (other than go directly to either high or low) that the others cannot. I see that I'm too late though. One reply and like 5 minutes after your post and you've...

The perfect AA light what do you want?

Yeah, that one did suck badly IMO. Between the smooth body and the flat edges/sharp peaks the clip doesn't have much to grab onto. The clip I have on my D10, by comparison, feels like it's a part of the light. I went to adjust it a bit and it just wouldn't move so I left it where it was. The...

The perfect AA light what do you want?

Whoa, easy there killa! I assume you're refering to the clip that I mentioned and all that I can say is that it works very well. Is it as sturdy as one that is secured in some way? Obviously not. Will it work well for most folks? Yes it will. Give one a try, you can always return the light...
