    we must be doing something wrong :) From what I can tell the negative contact is one continuous ring around the outside so only one solder is needed

    Thanks to all the help I cut the plastic out of a blister pack. Not as neat as the lexan disk but :rock: as for the beam shots I'm still waiting on a driver. Right now I'm just putting out a not too bright supper floody beam 750ml split between two LED's doesn't exactly rock....

    While swapping my emitter I managed to tear the foam surround on the reflector. (since the hole wasn't quite large enough) Once I enlarged the hole I noticed the foam was a bit damaged so I removed it :thinking: NOW I realize the reflector is conductive... I thought it was plastic... :green...

    Need advice on driver boards
