    I had the same problem a couple weeks ago. Tried everything to fix it but could only get the low mode to work. Finally gave up and sent it back for a new one. Great warranty policy. Thanks Fenix :grin2:

    I just cleaned out all the contacts and recharged all the 123 batteries but still couldn't get the high beam. Could it be a defect or a shock from shipping? Should I order a new head/lamp?
