    So does it charge a cell phone using a battery in slot 1 without the charger being plugged in to a power source?

    Thanks for the advice! I was looking at the WP2 II and noticed it charges up to 4.2V. My 18650 batts are 3.7V. Is that ok and safe? Any suggestions where to pick one of these up that also has the spacers? Lighthound is OOS. And is it true little magnets can be safely used for flat top...

    I'm looking for a charger as well. What about the Ultrafire WF-188 Charger? I like that it charges both the 18650 and the RCR123 batts (with no spacers). Pros/cons for this charger?
