More than anything I am just frustrated that after being to asked to recommend a light The person making the actual purchase decided they knew better and went with what they had used in the past. I’m sure it’ll probably be fine...
I presented the options you all shared To the guy tasked with making the purchase And from my perspective he already had his mind made up and is going with the very most basic Maglite (98 lumen maximum). I am disappointed by the outcome but I want you all to know that you’re input is appreciated!
Best I have come up with is to buy spring and winter, put the spring head on winter body and then see if anyone on here wants to buy the warm-tinted frankenlight(winter head, spring body). I feel like the aluminum version would just get all scratched up like my trusty S1Mini :(

EDIT:I heard frm Olight, this edition is only for their employees.

The company I work for is looking to get some flashlights for our night security guards. They wanted to buy mag lites and I managed to convince them that we ought to ask here first. They won’t need a particular tint or battery chemistry but there are a few requirements that I hoped maybe you all...
I know from my experience with the SMini and S1 Mini that this series is superb but can anyone give me a reason I should buy one if I already have the SMini?
Olight S1R II Ti/Cu - They really knocked it out of the ballpark with this qu...
I actually have not purchased one yet I’ve been trying to decide which one to yet, I love the look of the winter and the 10th sounds fun but I’ve been unsure because the brightness is lower than the others and...
I’ll be honest I’m kinda bummed that the titanium (Winter) is less bright does titanium disperse heat less efficiently than brass or copper? I’m not really a fan of the copper or brass look so I may end up going with an aluminum unit :(
