    Eagletac vs Maratac/CountyComm?

    I could write quite a bit as to why I really like my Maratac aaa copper flashlight. The threads are extremely smooth and the beam is beautiful. Not one issue after about a year, keeping it on my keychain, being thrown around. It seems very efficient and I would recommend Maratac without reservation.

    Why was Fenix E15 Discontinued?

    The E15 is my favorite light. It’s a twisty, which to me is better for this type of light. Output is stronger on the E16, but apparently it gets extremely hot very quickly. If I were to buy right now, I’d get an E15.

    I agree with you about the moonlight mode and would say that’s the only thing I would have liked. Fenix really should add it. The mini looks like an excellent flashlight, though it appears to be double the price. At $30, it’s hard to top the E15 for what it is and does.

    Fenix E01

    Personally I don’t see an AA Fenix E01 selling well. Other than run time, the other asset to this flashlight is diminutive size. Without that, it will get lost in the crowd. I love my multiple E01’s, but they were purchased for the reasons mentioned.
