What causes all of this heat?
I use my Surefire Kroma K2 alot, usually at least a set of battaries per day. After a short time (15-25 mins) the body gets super hot. I find myself trading hands alot with it because it gets so hot. My question is... is all of the heat from the light itself or just the over all system...- Busse

Surefire Kroma, good or bad idea?
Ive been winter camping with some of my non LED Surefires and they worked good after laying in a cold tent for 9-10 hours. The temps were around zero F How often do you need to lube the threads on lets say a Kroma? will emersing it in water make this more important?- Busse
