how bright of a light would you want for normal around the house / outdoors stuff?

Thanks for the support of the BLF LT1! it was a 3 year development working with a team on BLF and working with the engineers at Sofirn to make it a reality.

    Good LED camping lantern?

with both versions of the BLF LT1, the new released LT1M-Mini and the LT1S, (using Andruil-LT1 or Andruil-LT1-REV-2) turn the lantern on, then click the button quickly 3 times and HOLD it down on the third press to ramp/change the color tint. - DBSARlight

    Good CRI Lantern

The LT1 can run on four, three, two or even a single 18650 cell on all modes. ( though as expected running on lest cells will shorten the run times consecutively in all output settings. (roughly based on subtracting 25% for each cell also minus about 5% when on a single cell. - DBSARlight

That is still in the works, but due to some life's obstacles i been hitting over the last few months i had to delay that. the accessory kit is still planned though.

    BLF LT1

I'm not sure of CPF allows direct links to BLF project topics, but we now have a BLF LT1M (Mini) being born.. it will have the same features as the full size LT1, but much smaller single 21700 format size for back-packing and can be carried in a pocket, will match or better the lumens than any...

    Sold/Expired WTB: BLF LT1

Any good matching high-capacity cells works best, ( 3000mAh ~3500mAh) button tops or raised flat-tops work. the LT1 can run on any 18650 cell , from just a single cell to 4 cells. (and even with out any cells as it can power directly from the USB supply.

    BLF LT1

I have had great service with Sofirn and their lights are built very well. They sent me a build LT1 prototype to test before the production, and i gave it a beating of tests, and it held up far better than most other lanterns i ever tested, modified, & used. Its a solid performer, even at the...

    BLF LT1

They are technically on Amazon, but they are fulfilling the Group buy list first as planned. They will be offered on many online stores, some with discount codes. Also the next batch into the production there will be colored versions offered.

    BLF LT1

We have discussed the plans for a LT1-Mini for a future project, (one that uses a single 18650 or 21700, and is much smaller for backpackers & camping with limited gear space.

    BLF LT1

Correct. The LT1 can use any 18650 cell from one to four. I tested even a worn-out single 18650 laptop-pull that i tested to only 620 mAh, and it powered the LT1 up. The LT1 Lantern is designed to be operating in the most efficient range of the LEDs it uses, meaning when running in any mode from...

    BLF LT1

no, its not, not even close. the only part it shares close to a Q8 is the battery tube part. The Q8 don't have USB-C charging, or tint ramping, or the modes the LT1 has, or the run times. they are different in every way except for the aforementioned lower battery body. If you can find another...

    BLF LT1

:D Good to hear! the features were a key part as most all consumer box-store or online order lanterns lack in combination to what the LT1 has.

Meet up in October, Toronto ON

Tonight's Flashlight dinner meet was awesome! we had 5 people. We had some real titanium flashlight gems on the table, and the BLF-LT1 final production Prototype lit our dinner table and glistened the titanium of the works of art, and lit the beam-shot run in the nearby park. (LT1 was on the...
