    I too have an SL20X with Malkoff Devices MD20X led drop-in and use it often, it has a nice incandescent warm color to it. I also have one of the new SL20L led versions use the both at home and work.

    Just curious to see if anyone had upgraded the led in a Streamlight Stinger DS yet? I have an older one with the K2 and would like to get it upgraded to say a Cree XP-G or something better?

    I actually sold my P6. But I've decided I may have to get another. Its a sweet shooting pistol. The P229 handles like a pussycat with the blackened Stainless Steel slide. Or I may get a 9mm barrel and magazines and use in my P229.

    LEO'S: How useful is strobe in the "real world"?

    I've used a strobe to disorient a suspect long enough for another officer to cuff them a few times. Works very well in low light training to distract an individual as well. Also very good at getting someones attention by strobing in front of them on the ground or in a window in a building or house.

    New flashlight for work (LEO) how do these sound?

    What are you referring to? The new Inforce models are out with the upgraded led. I have the Inforce White led version 225 on high, 80 medium and 10 on low plus SOS and strobe mode and the SureFire 1.25" Traffic cone fits it. I've been using mine and it works very well and I'm using Tenergy...

    Updated Version of the Inova Inforce White Flashlight Review

    I don't know if they changed their warranty policy. But I had no trouble getting them to try and fix/replace the light at all.
