    Yes, several people at BLF do so, and it's my hobby, too. Popular drivers for firmware mods are the NANJG105C and NANJG101-AK1, they have a programmable ATtiny13A MCU. Many, if not most, other budget drivers however have MCUs that are not reprogrammable.

    It's an 8* AMC7135 based linear driver, electrically pretty much like a NANJG105C, but with a bigger MCU (and a momentary switch).

    I don't see one on your side... Some of those values are fine: twice the distance, a fourth of the illuminance (with some % error), but with some of those lights the values seem odd. However the resolution is quite bad in those measurements, so at the longer distances there are quite some bigger...
