Trying to remove strobe mode from led (circuit pictures included)

How to modify simple mode? I have an Ultra-Fire 502B and want to simply modify it to ON HIGH and OFF. I want to eliminate the other modes entirely. I searched here, but can't find any instructions. Any help?
