Hey, Wechnivag I think this will get you started. I have done 6 at my Fire Dept. so far. Not to bad and you will be able to see the differance. The 0.027" shim needed to bring the SSC LED back to correct focus is at Sandwich Shoppe. Good luck. Marc...- Firemedic262

Not sure about a 12 volt PR bulb. But if two AW-C cells will work in the Big Ed it would be a great upgrade with 3854. A Ed-ROP i know it has a al. reflector can you get UCL that fits. Marc- Firemedic262
