Fedora 9 on both laptops here. I switched to linux from w2k when it started phoning home - I don't think I should need anyone's permission to use my own computer.

A well performed cello concerto, e.g. Elgar's 85 in e-minor, or one of J. S. Bach's suites, will literally take my breath away.
Nothing else will do that, although I do enjoy a wide-ish variety of music.

I don't think that's a very good idea. I never leave lithium cells unsupervised in the charger, I'm not willing to bet the house and family on the QC of cheap chargers.
I've had the 10440's for a few days now and all I can say is WOW! The amount of light from this tiny thing is incredible, and it makes a nice hand warmer too! :D
