Well it looks like cnq is about the only game in town for a <3" clicky AAA, so I ordered one. I've been using thier Yezl for a couple months EDC harsh chemical plant environment without issue.

Unscientific SSC P7 vs XM-L comparison

I guess one of my favorite flashlights for a while now has been the 2x18650 Aurora AK-P7-3. Very bright smooth beam of excellent color and construction, it was a little more expensive than what I consider budget but the construction is excellent. I recently recieved a 2x18650 Ultrafire...

    Pocket flashlight without a clip

Sometimes it is embarrassing pocket fishing for a flashlight. A lot of pocket flashlight don't come with a clp but they come with a laynard loop. I am wondering if anyone has found a little clip that one could cip to your pocket and would be tied to the lanyard for easy access ?

Best $30 flashlight I've found so far, wow and what is better out there now?

I ordered a KD 1 mode XML dropin and a xenon 2x18650 Ultrafire WF-502D host for around $30 shipped back in December. Finally received it (my fault the PO shipped it back without notifying me and KD was kind enough to reship.) Anyway the thing is bright. A lot brighter than any dropin I have...

Review: SkyRay / UniqueFire R5 vs. LF SP-6 Seraph; Clone Wars

Thrunight , I searched and it looks like they are only selling 1.5A versions now. There was a thread about them on this forum. I didn't save my email reciept so I don't have the part number. The SyRay performs almost as good. The Skyray has a tighter hotspot, but the Thrunight has a...

Review: SkyRay / UniqueFire R5 vs. LF SP-6 Seraph; Clone Wars

You might want to try the SkyRay version. It is rated for 1.2A vs the Uniquefir 1.0 amp, I find it is almost as bright as my 1.6A XPG R5 dropin.

    Budget 18650 LiFEPo4 charger

These are rare as hen's teeth. I have no experience with this vendor but ordered one anyway cause I could find no others, obviously I will not leave the battery in after charged. the 3.6V setting should be correct for 3.2V LiFePO4 18650 batteries...

    Just Received the Sky-Ray S-R5 XPG-R4

Just recieved the 1.5A ThruNite XPG R5 dropin, it is slightly brighter than the SkyRay overall but the Skyway has a tighter hotspot, overall not worth the extra price over the SkyRay, unless you already have a high quality host and just need a drop-in.

    P60 sized led drop-ins (part 3)

Just recieved a ThruNite XPG R5 1.5A 4.2V 3 mode drop-in. Extremely bright, brighter than any P7 or MCE dropin I have tried.

    Sky-Ray S-R5 XPG-R4

The uniquefire is only a 1.0 amp driver vs the Skylab 1.2A according to DX.
