    PFlexPro Site Down Temporarily

I love my handful of PFlexPro lights, but I have a minor issue. I tried to go to his website to remind myself how to program the driver control options. I'm using his lights that have the twenty-something program numbers. I remember that 8+ clicks gets me into program mode, but I'd recall the...

Frustrated with my EDC - looking for advice

Thanks guys. So it sounds like my problem may be combination of poor maintenance and lower-quality lights. I will plan to address both ASAP Thanks

Frustrated with my EDC - looking for advice

CFP, This is not a brand-specific complaint. I'm open to any and all ideas. In short, I've been religiously carrying a 1x18650 EDC for about three years. First is was an EagleTac PX30 variant, and now it is a Nitecore P12GT. I use my EDC every day at my job, and there are unfortunately times...

Can I prolong the life of Li-ION packs if I freeze them?

I know this is kind of off-topic, but I hope brains and talent on this website can enlighten me. I own a soon-to-be-discontinued electric grass trimmer that uses Li-ION rechargeable packs. I'm told these rechargeable packs don't last forever, and by the time I'll need a new one, replacements...

Help! Replacement pocket clip for Jetbeam?

I have a replacement clip inbound from a very thoughtful and generous CPF member. Thank you very much. My next step is to try and pay it forward myself. Thanks

Help! Replacement pocket clip for Jetbeam?

CPF, My EDC is an older JetBeam RRT-0. It's been rock solid, but last week I managed to loose the pocket clip. Any insight on where/how I'd go about finding a replacement would be greatly appreciated. My efforts to locate spare parts via Google searches have been unsuccessful. Thank you

    Spark LED upgrade?

Doubtful. I bought it from Going Gear. Their return policy isn't exactly customer friendly. Personal preference issues such as clothing fit or LED tint, pre-flash, inductor whine, battery life, LED centering, output levels, etc. will not be considered defective issues when returning...

    Spark LED upgrade?

I'm curious to know if any modders out there will upgrade the LED in my Spark ST6? I know LED color is a bit of a gamble, but the one that came in my Spark is a very ugly lemon-violet color. I've never seen this color before, and I own several dozen LED flashlights. I'm hoping someone out...

Who can help me mod my LumaPower MRV?

I have a first-run batch of the LumaPower MRVs with Q5 LEDs. Since the beginning it has given me problems when running 18650s. The LED will flicker and drop-out, even with fully charged cells. No problems with 2xCR123 however. I've been running it for a while now on CR123s, but the time as come...

    Mini Weaponlight Project.

It is getting harder to find the black-bodied E1E lights, but that's about it.

    Mini Weaponlight Project.

I went the Malkoff M31/E1B/Z68 route myself in a Gear Sector E-series mount. I love it. I also played with a Jetbeam RRT-0 in a Gear Sector P-series mount with custom spacers. I like this combo a lot too. I was a tough choice for me.

    Surefire E1B question

I know the Surefire E1B uses a two-stage UI, but what I'd like to know is what would be required to convert it to a single-stage? In other words, is the two-stage functionality in the tail switch, or in the head? If it is in the head, are there any other Surefire single-stage LED bezel...

    Malkoff M31 on my AR-15

It only needs to come off to allow the E1B body to fit into the Gear Sector mount. The VME head will work just fine with the clip.

    Malkoff M31 on my AR-15

Yes, I did have to remove the clip. It just slips out of a female slot cut into one side of the body near the bezel. It doesn't affect function, but it does leave an unsightly void. I rotated this section of the body to 6 o'clock so I don't have to look at it! Problem solved.
