solarforce xml drop in, your experience?
I have a three mode 6v. I like it. My initial response was it's no where near as bright as I hoped, but it's still plenty bright.- hellraiser

Original surefire executive defender led...
Hey guys.... I have one of the original led ex. Defenders that puts out about 120 lumens on high mode. It was always my favorite until recently it started to be out done by my g2 with XML. Question is how do i upgrade it? I can't see a point where I can access the bulb. Do I need a whole head...- hellraiser

Anyone make a quality "cheap" reverse clicky?
It's lookin like a solar force is the way to go... Hope it's better quality and fit then the d.x. For anybody that has a solarforce tailcap on a surefire... How's the fit? Does it screw down not leaving a huge gap? Any links to a pic I may not have found? Thanks!!!- hellraiser

Anyone make a quality "cheap" reverse clicky?
I purchased the 3 dollar one from deal extreme for my g2. It didn't want to thread down all the way so I tried to use a .22 brass bore brush the clean the threads. I must have nudged the spring because it fell out. Looking at it the solder was broken. The three bucks didn't bother me as much as...- hellraiser

Hey guys who bought a fenix e11...
Well, I got my e11 in last night and I was pleasantly surprised! Quality seems to be great. I don't know if I'm one of the lucky ones but my emitter was centered. Well at least to the naked eye. The beam is still not the sharpest but for my uses it will be more then adequate. Its light weight...- hellraiser

Thanks! I almost want to take my original statement back. I was doing a white ceiling test when I wrote that. It wasant until the following night when I got to see how much it really put out! Its still not what i excpected but I'm proably not using it to it fullest potential with primary's but...- hellraiser

Just to make sure is the XML the one borderd by blue or grey? I finally received mine today and was a little let down. I'm not sayin it's not bright it's just not knock your socks off bright. I picked up a 6v 3 mode version. Runing a brand new set of surefire cr123 battery's.- hellraiser
