    I got one about a month ago I think its great. I did buy some nimh's and a charger to go with it. Run time should be around 3 hours so that's a plus.

    I get the feeling your talking about super lights but I really enjoy single rcr lights like the sw v10r. I also like a new nailbender xml neutral p 60 I just got, and of course the sc600 is great.

    To me 18650's are a better option for a powerful light. And if you get some there are a lot of single and double cell options for future lights you might want.

    Run the strap from the grove through the inside of the rings instead of behind them the way it comes. There are some pictures here somewhere. Search zl mods.

    When the battery fails in a Zebralight, what happens?

    If I were you I would take that alkaline out and not risk it leaking in your light. I think the eneloops will dim when they get low but I never really let mine get that low.
