    I don't think kids do that anymore, at least none that I've seen. After storms like this we used to hit the streets and make money all day. Same thing with cutting grass in the summer. I grew up in Medfield, when they were building 27 in the mid 70s the racing on Friday nights was like clockwork.

    My protected 18650s (AW) won't provide 5.0A though they're supposed to be capable of up to 5.9A. I've been told it is due to the type of driver I'm using. I use AW IMR cells which have no problem at all.

    Re: How many people use job weld +1 On the previous response. I've used JB Weld for years and think it's a great product. I've used it on one flashlight I built for myself. I would not use it on anything for a customer without clear disclosure though.

    I don't think the reflector increases the throw at all. It does present an interesting patern when about a foot or two from the wall but it dissapears at any distance.
