    That's a great tip, thx. I usually keep a few unopened packs of Energizer Lithium cells or eneloops in the car. I quit using alkaleaks long ago.

I'm sure if you were using meters and such to detect a difference, then there most likely would be a difference. I know not every light housing is the same so it may look...

    I imagine it's probably a little better quality than your "average" plastic keychain light. Just the fact that it's rechargeable makes it worth it to me, saves me from buying coin cells for my other one. I use it a lot.
