I looked up your trail camera and they are quite expensive, so I would avoid using alkaline AA batteries in it. Also if you are setting the camera up in a hot/cold environment for a extended (months) amount of time, rechargeables might not be suitable for the usage. So going with Energizer...
The PowerEX Maha MH-C801D is a NiMH only charger with 8 bays for AA and AAA battery. It charges at 2A for AA and 700ma for AAA, soft charging is at 1A for AA and 300ma (maybe, it's off the top of my head) for AAA. There's a newer model (MH-C980) that have analyzer function but I know nothing...
I would try and buy a set of Amazon basic AA batteries 2000Mah (LSD) and take the wrapper off of the battery and see if that will fit in your device. Or you can widen the battery compartment of your device if there's enough material left on it. Hope that helps.
Just wanted to say that the maximum brightness is very short (roughly 2 minutes) for most touches before it will step down the brightness, so if you are assuming you'll get 2 hours at 500lm, you'll be disappointed. I think it would be better if you state what your usage/need is and people can...
I bought mine from https://eu.nkon.nl/charger/skyrc-mc3000.html €89.95 + around €9.95 P+P = little bit less than €100. I also bought one from Gearbeat and the button feels harder than Nkon.nl and the feet was very hard to pop out so I had to return it and buy one from Nkon.nl. Nkon.nl is...
Sold and shipped by Amazon don't mean anything anymore for me, as I bought 2 Samsung USB chargers from Amazon and they both had the same serial numbers on them. It seems Amazon buys it's stock from Alibaba as I found the same charger with the same serial number offered on there. So "Sold and...
I was going to say it makes no difference whether it's NiCd or NiMh, but you beat me to it.
electrolyte: I assume that since the freezer is classified as "laboratory" you have access to electronic equipment? if so you can solder 3 Eneloops together and make a replacement for the original...
My Amazon Fire HDX 8.9" 2014 4th Gen tablet does this on occasion too, I think it's due to me pluging the charger cable into the tablet too aggressively and might have done a bit of damage to the tablet's USB port. It usually takes a few plug and unplug attempts to get the tablet to take the...
I bought a AccuPower AP2020 AccuManager 20 off of Amazon some 5-6 years back, I was going to use it to charge 9v batteries for my toy remote control car but I didn't play with it enough to justify buying a rechargeable 9v battery.
You have a few charger that can handle 9v rechargeable, they...
I forgot to say that the AA parallel adapters will put out 1.5v no matter how many cells you have in there, so you can use 1,2 or 3 cell in each adapter and it'll still work but the run time will be much shorter due to it being on lesser cells in each adapter. The more AA cells you have in each...
D cell rechargeable are only worth it if you use the light a lot but seeing as you said emergency, I'm assuming you'll want to use it as such.
As everyone said already get 3AA parallel to D adapter and some Energizer L91 Ultimate Lithium AA.
20 years of shelf life with the Energizer L91...
I spouse if you want to be safe you can buy some (1mm-1.5mm) copper sheets and cut out the contacts shape using the original metal ones as a template and replace them. But I don't think there's anything to be worried about using the adapters as is.
Dumb question, but have you tried to stretch the battery springs so that it makes better contact? I've had a similar problem with a cordless phone. The positive spring was bent in too much and wasn't making contact causing the phone to not work.
I found 6 of the Sanyo MDU01 on ebay, item number is 332806562360. it's over priced but if you need it you might just have to suck it up and pay the premium.
