Sold/Expired SOLD. HDS, Surefire, K40 Vinhnguyen, NovaTAC, EagTAC, Sunwayman - Package

Clearing out some old hobbies I would like to sell my entire collection of lights in one big package. I hope I set the prize so that whoever buys it can make some money reselling the items he/she doesn't want. The shipping from Norway is very expensive so I will not split at the moment. More...

    HDS Systems EDC # 18

Sorry for taking this thread a little off the coating discussion. I took my fantastic 85Tr back into action today and I noticed that all my grease had turned grey from the bare aluminium so I was wondering what grease you guys are using on your twisty lights? I raised the question in both...

Just remember that each light is individually calibrated, so every light will be a little different depending on the LED efficiency. But it has been confirmed by Hogo that it's around 1A at max to keep the run times.

Before I ask my question I apologize if it is off topic, if so if would appreciate if some moderators deleted it. So to the question. Does anyone know if HDS lights can be bought in any stores in Washimgton DC? I am going there next month and would love to pick one up without the high shipping...

Thank you for correcting me, this is off course the only way to calculate the real runtime of a battery, at least if your current is far from the standard load giving you a voltage drop from your nominal voltage. I have not seen this explained since my school days so I actually had forgotten...

    HDS Systems EDC # 18

Henry always uses Battery Station CR123 with 1500mAh capacity as reference when discussing runtimes. If 30min was all you could get out of a battery that would mean that the current was approximately 3A, and it is not. I think what he means in the manual is that without burst you would get 30...

    Don't worry, we've all been there :)

I can't believe Henry has removed the constant A. When your light is on try the following: Double click without releasing after second click, wait one second and then release. Just like you access A from OFF, just do it from ON. See if it works?

Then there most be changes to the new firmware, both my 200 rotary and my legacy lights stay on A when released. Please note that you have to click, then press and release from ON.

If you click - hold - release from ON you lock your light to A, no need to use C for this :) Edit: Reply to F89, lost the quote.

This is what they have been trying to explain. If you choose A as preset you achieve this. From off: Press hold gives you A From on: press and hold gives you A. What you lose is direct access to B from off, you can only turn on the light at A and will need a double click to access B. So if...

    HDS Systems EDC # 17

On my legacy lights there is a memory when it comes to level B and C, meaning that if i have level D as preset a double click takes me to the last used level B or C. For me this was kind of annoying since i like to know that i can reach every output with one operation. So for me preset B or...

Save your time. I did some searching and found some pictures of the Fenix clip, post #130 and a couple later. (http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showpost.php?p=3830650) Thanks for the tip, I knew I had seen some more pictures of it :) With now 17 threads there are quite a lot of useful...
