Coleman White Gas Lantern conversion?

I have just bought at a yard sale a 237 mmuch like the pic posted by FlameKeeper. With the only difference being that I can see is the globe (which could be a replacement on mine) and the area below the globe is green paint not stainless like FlameKeepers. It is well dented and used. I'd love if...
