Afterwards I've compared the multimeter results with the voltage measurement blinkout results of the Q8. There is a deviation. Q8 always reports 0.2V less than the actual cell voltage. Acebeam K60 (1xXHP70, 4x18650) Review
Could you describe the "blah" a little bit more in detail? I am only owning a whole bunch of original Panasonic NCR18650B cells. (Should be the same as the keeppowers) And my K60 works quite well on high...( 1h on full mode until it switches back) I can also see a difference between level 5...- kingjohn

Lithium IMR vs ICR vs IFR
Thanks for this valuable info! Do you know if it is dangerous in case the flashlight wants to draw more current, than the battery can deliver? Will this stress the battery in any way? (In detail I want to know this for unprotected Panasonic 3400mAh cells )- kingjohn
