    The head itself needs to have a small rubber foam insert installed to prevent the battery from contact the V+ on the head constantly. It looks as if the spare I sold with it is still unused. As to why it would not fit other e-series heads...absolutely no idea. I've only ever owned the mule...

    Oh...well in this case you will need to solder them otherwise you won't get a proper ground connection...

    I simply press fit. With the ground screw and connecting ground wire there is no real need to solder the driver in place. If used properly (sitting flush on the internal shelf) the pressure from the battery will prevent the driver from ever moving. If you are particularly worried, then get some...
