well did a wee bit of machining only basic bits that bit is only the on off. Next job get a switch make it work! Then the rest will be done when im paid. Essex me to!!!!- mtt.tr

the body is 34mm i was thinking of these http://www.rapidonline.com/Electronic-Components/Optoelectronics/Power-LEDs/3W-Star-LED/74701 Or something similar as with these i can just use a resistor- mtt.tr

Electrical parts. Can i use this. And a 9v battery or will it need a resistor before it goes to the driver?? And does it need heat sinking?? Sorry for asking so many questions.- mtt.tr

This is my first ever torch project it is a complete scratch build. What camera settings for true looking brightness beamshots?
Try a bulb shot for completely variable shutter time maybe smaller aperture to reduce over exposure and you get more stuff in focus -
