    I got it to work with my thumb if I put my nail on the stainless ring. Works okay with gloves. I think part of my problem was that I was used to the light pressure of the other switches, and wasn't pushing hard enough. Everything is good now.

    Yea, I keep my thumb nails a few mm's longer than the rest. Comes in handy for things like recessed buttons on watches and such. Good for picking your nose too. :) After I posted, I tried with my index finger and that works okay.

    Even if it doesn't bother you, it would be harder to sell the light if you wanted to, or sell it for considerably less then desired.
