U.S. Postal Service is refusing ship lithium-ion products overseas

CAUTION !! Misleading budget battery and lumen claims
Is there any demonstrable test that can be used to test the capacity of our new batteries to know whether or not they are reused or just falsely advertised junk?- navarrma
