Cooking will kill all parasites that would be in the fish, but it won't destory the pollutants. If you cut away as much of the fat as possible and cook it in a way that the fat drips or drains out... then you should be fine even if it was taken from a somewhat polluted lake. -

Well... fish that eat other fish have the highest levels usually. Passes from one to the other and builds incrementally. At least that's what my g/f's uncle says. He works with the fish and game here in oregon. He's a marine biologist. -

I like fishing, but I don't like eating trout. I prefer Crappie, Bluegill and Perch. Walleye is the best, of course. Just check your fishing regs guide that is available in local stores probably around the lake. It should list the waters that are contaminated and what they are contaminated... -

Do some spyware scans with Spybot S&D and AdAware. Since you're on an xp machine I also recommend you give Microsoft Antispyware a try. It's a great product regardless of what some people say or think. If these scans turn up nothing then call the tech support for your dsl. -

Spybot and AdAware are fine progs to use. NO anti spyware app is completely thorough. That is why you should use Spybot and AdAware together. Along with Spyware Guard and Spyware Blaster for resident real-time protection. Don't forget a good antivirus program too. -
Anybody ever been hypnotized?
It's not crazy at all. Proven techniques to improve retention. I can memorize a 40 digit number using those techniques.. backwards and forwards. It is a good tool to aid memory. These techniques are very old.
