    Peak El Cap QTC problems

I am having similar, but not identical problems, also with a brass El Cap, pretty new. After some pocket time, the low end is just gone. 'Start' happens at about mid-power, after some time on the dresser, low returns. This is a problem if, like I did, you leave the light just 'kinda' off...

    Peak's turnaround time? Hints, anyone?

Well, the answer is in. Order placed 12/04/2012, order shipped, 12/14/2012, order arrived TODAY, 12/17/2012! Well done and Merry Christmas to all of those who make Peak LED Solutions what it is! The El Cap is a magnificent pocket light, the 14500 cell is the way to go--

    Peak's turnaround time? Hints, anyone?

I am glad the lug question has been answered, but still curious about Peak's current order date/ship date situation...

    Peak's turnaround time? Hints, anyone?

A lug is an attachment point on the base of the light. It is a relatively heavy, integral part of the battery tube, running the length of the diameter, semi-circular in aspect. On the Eiger, it projects one-quarter inch at its highest part, and has a well centered one-eighth inch hole for...

    Peak's turnaround time? Hints, anyone?

Well, I just ordered an El Cap, directly from the Peak LED site. My first order from them in awhile and... Previous orders have been hot&cold, shipped within a week sometimes, 3 or 4 'prompts' before my light was shipped, other times. So what are people's recent experiences? It's a brass...

    New LOGAN LED flashlight

Many thanks, Dances. My Carib is going to be receiving a face-er...headlift. I am after the variable Logan in brass, but I dislike the keychain body, the only version on Bob's site.

My new Novatac EDC 85-T has a problem

I am a fan of J frames, and Novatacs, own a few of each, fond of all. Power supply is the immediate suspect, swap batteries with a detect/reset, as Datileds suggests. You have done all any user can do, if the light still hangs, You're looking at a return. LightHound is a great operation You...

What is the Best Single AA Light for gifts?

Many great suggestions, but not a one for the Photon Proton Pro? Hmmm, Straightforward intuitive UI, tight form factor, adequate brightness, red led for menu/movie theater moments...

    peakledsolutions: great customer service

I am in complete agreement. I have never experienced a defective Peak LED, and have required only minor customer service adjustments. All were handled with zero fuss, and considerable generosity.

    New 123 Lummi (MiL)

Dynamite, truly a great addition to the Lummi line. Let me echo the desire for the minimalist appearance. I view a spring clip as essential for a 90' offset head. The "infinite" output adjustability is more than welcome. Congratulations, really a superb concept. Looking forward to it, eagerly.

    Peak LED Ripoff

Methinks you ordered the AAA/10440 body, which is smooth by default, and longer than the 10280 body, which is knurled. Body lengths are the result of battery dimensions. I bought my first Peak light around 5 years ago, and have purchased many, many lights since. Sometimes they take a little...

Peak Caribbean and Atlantic - Your Thoughts

I also own quite a few Peak LED products, most in brass, some in stainless, 2, I think rendered in HA3. Outside of the "lumens rules over all" view, both of your recent purchases were money well spent, very well spent IMHO. One of my brass Caribbeans resides in my "dog-walking" coat and gets...
