Question:
have You already used the light some time now?
Because I wonder if this "setup" can handle the heat produced, or
the fragile connection of the lamp to the ballast without any housing?
Would give the lamp an estimated lifetime of 1 usage till being put back into...
Ha Ha ..... yes ! My Dragon I has arrived.
It is shipped in a sort of little cool aluminium case and looks very very well built. What I find strange, is the fact that the bulb looks like a M10N001 from WA but the colour temperature is somewhere around 5000K and this is not just my...
...... as I´ve already posted on another thread similar to this one I have ordered my Dragon-I and will hopefully get it by the end of this week
The price in Germany will probably be around 499,-- EURO.

...... well, if there really is a chance to get an U-21 I still would prefer to get one over a refund.

Well the problem is really that you cannot shrink a WA HID any further due to 12 Volt operation and ballast size.

Hi Lexus,
I´ve had a similar problem with WA some month ago - they sent me exactly the same email and I replied that the delivery time is not a problem and that I still wish to place an order. But ........ nothing has happened since then. It is now almoust 3,5 month and still nothing...
Re: 35 W Hella DE XENON on my mountainbike
... thanks for the hint. I think I have already mounted the light housing upside down so that you can read the Hella letters. But I will definitely check the proposed 180 degree position and post the result.
Anyway, really good idea - thanks again ...
well, I have ordered one today from our Wolf-Eyes distributor in Germany and it will cost me about 400 EURO including VAT. I will post a full review as soon as I get the light

can´t tell yet, if a D1S will fit into a micro DE housing - but it shouldn´t be any problem as the dimensions of the actual bulb is the same than D2S - except for the directly attached igniter at the D1S socket - and this might be a problem fot the housing.
D1S should be a bit more expensive as...
