    1,000 lumens led ???????????

    Electrolumens Stunner XR-E...at 1/4 the cost..1155 Lumens, DD, 7 x XR-E....IF Wayne plans on making more ? For a real tactical blast, I'd like to see ALL seven XR-E's coupled to collimination optics. Maybe optics TOO big. Would be a real " alignment circus" !!

    SO241, Go to Electrolemens website. Look at the Stunner XR-e. Check with them...maybe he could replace the Cree optics with seven (7) aspherical lens optics ?? Alignment might be challenging ??? Enough room in the Stunner head ??? I for one would LOVE to see such a combo !!!1000 plus...

    Mod my VB-16

    Considering modfyg my VB also. Have an McR 20 in post. It is slightly smaller than the stock reflector....and has been used ( 4x7 post on 11/17/06) with XR-E. Also got a 30 mm aspherical lens from Oaklandlens to putz with. Will advise

    CREE XR-E Q3 ...driven to the MAX !!! ,Focusable optics ( aspherical lens ? ) excessive throw, minuimal side spill, 2 stage output or click bottom,SS construction, Micro thermal pipe under die for heat managment.all this ...and the design beauty of a GATLIGHT...MY NEEDS ARE SIMPLE !!
