    Thrunite Ti3 V2 question

Thrunite just sent me my free Ti3 V2 in neutral white (for being part of the first 100 to review the new T1 on Amazon) and I can tell you that it is shorter but fatter than the older Ti3 that I bought last year. The V2 seems higher quality and the twisting of the head is now easier as well...

    New 2018 Fenix PD35 V 2.0?

There is a difference. The Fenix Tactical uses the Cree XP-L LED which throws a wall of light (total flood). The new PD/UC35 V2.0 uses the newer XP-L HI V3 which has more throw (more defined hotspot) and not as much flood. The newer XP-L HI is more efficient as well, so you'll get slightly...

Thrunite T10 V2 discontinued? Replaced by T10 II?

Does anybody know if the T10 V2 w/Cree XP-G3 LED was discontinued? I only show the T10 II w/XP-G2 available now. Looks like Thrunite listened to all the G3 LED and clip complaints regarding the V2 and canned it. That was fast. The new T10 II is still rated at 550 lumens using the 14500 battery...

More love for the Fenix E15?!?

The E15 is my favorite EDC light. Better than the newer E16 that overheats and flickers on turbo. The beam profile on the E15 is also very nice...the 450 lumens are put to good use here. I'm also a fan of the twisty.

NEW Thrunite TH10 V2 Rechargeable Throwing Headlamp

I just received mine in the mail today (neutral white version). I'm really liking this one, the beam profile is excellent and very usable in my opinion. Has a similar beam to my Fenix PD35 V2.0 but the Thrunite out throws it when on turbo. This is the headlamp to use if you're hiking in a wide...

NEW Thrunite TH10 V2 Rechargeable Throwing Headlamp

http://www.thrunite.com/th10-v2-rechargeable-throwing-headlamp/ Uses the XHP35 HI LED for 2100 lumens, 307 meter throw. Not a bad deal with 20% off! I just picked one up in neutral white.

NEW Fenix E16 700 lumens (beamshots added)

Re: NEW Fenix E16 700 Lumens I ended up buying some of those new Fenix "High Discharge" 16340 batteries (ARB-L16-700UP) which actually worked and my light no longer flickers on turbo. I wish somebody would do a review on these new batteries, seems to also work better in my Fenix CL09 lanterns...

    NEW Thrunite TC15 - 2300 Lumens

http://www.thrunite.com/thrunite-tc15-2300-lumen-chargeable-edc-flashlight-18650-imr-battery-included/ This almost looks like an upgraded Neutron 2C V3. 2300 lumens w/included 18650 IMR battery (uses Cree XHP35). It just doesn't have the gradual/infinite brightness selection. I'm buying one...

Fenix PD35 vs UC35 Runtime differences

The UC35 V2 has slightly more throw and a tighter/more concentrated hotspot. I'm sure that plays into the lower runtimes compared to the PD35 V2.

NEW Fenix E16 700 lumens (beamshots added)

Re: NEW Fenix E16 700 Lumens I agree. Definitely not 700 lumens, light flickers on turbo and shuts down within seconds! This is the first light by Fenix that I've been disappointed with. Shame.

NEW Fenix E16 700 lumens (beamshots added)

Re: NEW Fenix E16 700 Lumens Its just the way the photo came out, in real life the hotspot is always about the same size on the E16. These are different type of LED's though for sure w/different style reflectors. I love Fenix lights but honestly not sure I like the beam pattern on the E16 not...
