    Uses for Flashlight's Strobe Function?

    blinding friends and laughing as they try to run after you? thats about it for me. the sos is the "in the way" function on most lights. the fenix system is in my opinion very good with keeping the strobe out of reach unless it is truly needed.-lance

    the best all around light i have is the fenix p3d it does everything. however just in case id throw it in the pack and then use a tiablo on the belt for real long throw situations.

    if its for the woods an incandescent would be good but the a2 is 50 more bucks than you want to spend. try the bst forum and hopefuly get an a2 for cheaper or i saw a couple m3s there for 150 exactly.
