    Thanks for the information. Good point about the "other charger." I do have an older Sanyo charger that charges AA @ 350ma and @ AAA t 150ma as I recall.

    I've been toying between these two chargers for a bit as well. I ended up choosing the BC-900 for the display (displays info for 4 cells as opposed to scrolling through the info for each cell on the MAHA) and the "freebes." Mine should arrive today via FedEx so once I get in there and fiddle...

    I have not seen the flier but that last statement was funny. I bought some of my Geotrax stuff there and those remote controlled trains and planes take 6AAA each (3 for the controller 3 for the train/plane)!!! I couldn't imagine NOT using rechargeable batteries in those toys.
