SWM V20C Low battery flashing
Indeed, when I removed the AW P18650-31 battery from the V20C it registered 3.3V on my Xtar WP2. I installed an AW P18650-31 that I had charged up a few months ago (reading 3.9V today), and the control ring worked correctly with no abnormal strobing at the MAX setting. jh -- I know it's been a long time since your post but I'm wondering if you ever heard from anyone else that experienced the same "low battery" issue of the non-standard strobing close to the Max setting (but before the actual Strobe setting). Smallest single 18650 flashlight (inexpensive)
One item that's not mentioned in the comparisons above is the durability and clasping strength of the clip-on. If you ever need to use this feature (I clip my Streamlight PT1L on the front belt loop for occasional repetitive access that's out of the way of my seat belt, Leatherman, and keys)...- rijola

Android -- Thanks for opening the exact thread I was looking for! From all the excellent suggestions here I guess the decision all depends on your pocket and your pocketbook. The DQG and Convoy seem to be the slimmest. The Nitecore EC2 looks/sounds good but Amazon had some worrisome reviews...- rijola
