    would this work??

    If i have 2 50watt ballasts and i splice my +ve and -ve wires together and then hook them into my bulb. Would i then have my 100watt driven bulb? or no? Regards Josh

    i wouldnt worry about the 240 blitz melting, i have been using mine for upto 4-5 hours at a time doing spotlighting with a 55w hid ballast kit and it just gets to a comfortable warm temp and thats it!

    when you say for the volts reading, attach a clip to the +ve and -ve wire do you mean attach the clip each to the bulb wires??
