    I use an Efest high discharge battery because the newer emitter seems to need much more than the old emitter, especially after using the highest brightness. Here is a reputable source. But be advised it’s unprotected.

    I hope this is what you were looking for: SureFire and Modlites on their stock bodies. SureFire on the Modlite 18350 body. SureFire on the Modlite 21700 HOG body with adaptor.

    They have some of the best-feeling knurling IMHO. I've modified mine with a modern Nichia 519A and the beam is excellent.
