    Hardest kicking handgun I've shot is my S&W Scandium .357. I think it's 12 or 13oz. with a hot .357 load it's suprisingly painful. with .38 specials not too bad

    Harbor Freight I bought the Digital stainless 6" years ago. I now have a Mitutoyo and it's no better. I've seen the same caliper I paid $20 for elsewhere for $75-$100 Unless you need it to be NIST traceable get a Harborfreight model

    there was a gap on my C2 and C3. The gap drove me crazy because it caused the clips to be loose. I gently beveled the edge of the brass "Pill" part and now it fits great. i also used this technique on a malkoff

    I have an earlier Malkoff and the BOG Q5 The BOG is brighter by a fair margin. The Malkoff has a warmer tint if that is your preference. The BOG has a deeper reflector then any of my other drop ins Both are amazing

    yeah around $50 I'd look around the marketplace for the C3. I got this one for a great price. Also got a great deal on a C2 with the Malkoff Dropin

    The C3 is my current favorite SF I have a BOG Q5 Cree LA in it and a custom tailswitch the dropin give 200+ lumens a between 2-3hrs runtime (I've heard)
