DIY Projector Light Source Needed!!

Focusable LED flashlights.
Ok a quick question!! If only i can get a perfect answer any bdy has tried to take the focusable lens apart.. i tried to take it apart but it is not threaded, IMO it is FIXED.. is there anyway i can remove it without damaging the remaining flashlight , i need to fix a laser diode instead of the...- sinn3r
