    Its tough and waterproof to 100', barely bigger than the AAA that drives it. Lights a dark area like a full size flashlight and its bulletproof even on a keychain.

    You can easily remove the "pill" and re-install it with some heat sink compound to aid heat transfer. Dunno if it helps, but it sure cant hurt. I did it to mine.

    It was just on my belt. Im a telecom tech, so I cover a lot of ground which doesnt make the retracing part very feasible unfortunately.

    Unbelievable luck. I lost my brand new Q3 today, the first time I trusted that belt clip. The first time it ever left my damn house! I cant believe it. Now Ill never trust a belt clip again. Brand new SF123 too. So awful, I really liked it...

    I figure the old Logan got pretty lucky too. Most folks probly would have liquidated it for parts which would have been a real shame. My only lathe prior is a 7x10 mini which has been running well for about 5 years. Id been wanting a larger lathe for a while and was looking to budget about $2500...
