Re: What\'s the brightest glow-in-the-dark stuff
Thanks for the tips.
So something the size of an average pearl would be too small to navigate by in the dark?
Re: What\'s the brightest glow-in-the-dark stuff
vcal,
I noticed you were one of those that were experimenting with glow powders. What would you say is the smallest application of this stuff that you could still navigate a dark house with? Would you say something the size of this "o" would be...
Re: What\'s the brightest glow-in-the-dark stuff
I know a few months ago a group of people got together and made a group purchase of some glow in the dark powder. Would any of you be willing to sell me a little nail polish bottle of the stuff?
Thanks

Anyone know what the brightest glow-in-the-dark powder/ink/paint or whatever is out there? I tried doing a search for (brightest "glow in the dark") but I just keep getting claims from manufacturers of how their glow in the dark items are the brightest. Anyone know for certain what is the...
Re: Advice on Emergency LED flashlight please
Well, the emergency kit is really, right now, just an exercise in worst case scenerio. I already have an emergency bag and have a suitable battery powered flashlight in it (plan on replacing them with litiums). But a buddy and I asked ourselves...

Does anyone know of a flashlight that has the features listed below?
-Must use one or more white LED's
-Must be solar and/or hand powered
-Must be waterproof
-Must float in water
I'm trying to find a flashlight to include in my emergency kit. The only flashlight that comes to mind is the...
Figured y'all would like this... freelights
It's a friction-free bicycle lighting system that uses LED's. I have a feeling this guy's invention will get bought up buy some big manufacturer. Take a look before it loses its homemade look.
Thanks for the tip PhotonBoy. I'll be sure to keep the expected lifetime in mind if and when I decide to buy them. I'll have to compare that to the cost of them as well.
