Brightest neutral warm tint AA (any #) flashlight?

if the zebralight h51/h51f will come with an neutral white xp-g and if the specs are right (200 lumen otf for the cool white version) it should be the brightest 1xAA, i think. its an headlamp, though i need to have this light!

    traveling to south east asia

for 2 months+ yes, lots of land transport, rural/remote areas, etc. thinking of this lithium should be the better desicion.. usually i don´t need much light. if your eyes are adopted to the darkness, some moonshine is usually enough. so it is just for fixing something/ reading/ walking on...

    traveling to south east asia

i´m going to visit laos, cambodia, vietnam, myanmar, thailand. my travel mates will be a Quark mini AA R5, a Quark AA2 R5, and a zebralight h501w. i don´t think i will use them very much. just some reading, packing my backpack, etc. but on the other hand i think it will be handy having a...

    Single 18650 MTB light

please help me to choose the right light! i will use it for general purpose and as an bike light. it has to be -small -bright (would like to have an xp-g, maybe NW) -enough spill -not too expensive i could by the quark 18650 body, but it wastes so much space and i think other 18650 lights are...

looking for 2xAA light with 18650 possibility

sorry for posting in this dying thread, but really want to know how big the difference in efficiency between the ld20 an the quark aa2 is (besides the emitter) because if the driver of the fenix would be more efficient i just would put an xp-g in it...

looking for 2xAA light with 18650 possibility

is it right, that the efficiency of the fenix ld20/l2d is (noticable) better than the efficiency of the quark aa2? especially on alkalines? why?

looking for 2xAA light with 18650 possibility

it looks like the quark 18650 body consists of 2 parts. couldn´t it be more simple? it looks like it is longer than it has to be. or am i wrong? anyway: is the the 2xAA head brigher on 18650? how much longer will be the runtime with an 18650 AW protectet compared to two eneloos? how effectiv...

looking for 2xAA light with 18650 possibility

are there any options beside the quark lights? i´ve heard that the 18650 quark body is not a perfect solution.. to sum it up i´m looking for an - 2xAA light with lego-possibility for 18650 and maybe 1xAA - xp-g led - efficient - very bright on max - no clip/ removable clip - not too big is...

    alternative to quark mini AA

i´ve got the qmAA and i like it, but i´m a bit dissapointed with its performance on nimh. it´s VERY bright on 14500, but you just can´t use it for a long time on max. when someone uses your light you have to explain he/she has to be carefull when running it on max. so i´m looking for a single...
