    Hmm, checked the bucket to see what I've already got shots of... EDC U60 modded by darkzero with a warm high CRI Seoul P4 (this shot is with the light wearing its new clothes, but before the led mod, so it isn't rocking the McR reflector that it is now).

    Black text into anodized body?

    If you were to get the text or logo laser etched on (like a lot of flashlight companies do) and then use something like Aluminum black , You'll get black on grey that'll stick around. I actually did this on a Surefire of mine and it subdues the lettering but it's still there and wont wear off...

    I ended up getting to the party late as usual. Saw discounts on another forum that were basically 60% off any of the import versions. Figured I'd swing by here first and glad I did. Also tried ordering the $17 version and had the same result, ended up grabbing a storm for $22 + 5 for shipping...

    I'll add that while I've never owned any pentagon lights, those were some well made, solid lights. Great finish on them too. So I can understand going from one of those to the Eagletac that there's a bit of a step down in how the light feels in hand.

    I absolutely love seeing resto's like this...Especially when it's going to involve a Hammerite type finish. It's one of those finishes you've seen a million times but seldom appreciate until you refinish something in it yourself.

    You'll be somewhat hard pressed to find a light that does both uv and "normal" led functions in one. And Surefire's Purple Inspector light runs about $450 if I recall...
