    Dr.J has the right idea Streamlight LightBox with the power failure switch in secure, critical areas. Either issue keychain lights or keep a cache of cheapos in addition to the SL's to issue out to everyone.

    If we're speaking about having 1 light that will fulfill any role I put it, then no. I have a favorite, but nothing is ever perfect.

    Where Do You Keep Your Flashlights?

    It would be easier to tell where I don't have them. Each room of the house has at the very least (1). Kitchen (3), Bedroom (4), Office/man room (Lost Count), Vehicles (3 ore more), Garage (4) + the one I'm in my pocket at any given moment.
