Everything is way overkill. Just get some 5mm standaard leds and some AAA batteries in serie's, put some resistors between the batteries and leds en you'll have light.
Unless you want to make the sun shine inside a beer glass, then you should go with a high power led.
The 5 bucks is mostly the shipping and handling fee. I contacted them for a replacement lens for my d25lc2, they asked 5 bucks for it included shipping.
What kind of MCPCB are you using? A DTP MCPCB? Aluminium or copper? (MCPCB= metal core printed circuit board, it is that thing where the leds sits on, DTP= direct thermal path)
A copper DTP MCPCB would be the best solution.
Also, though it's just my simple opinion, I find the price way to high...

If I leave this TP4056 based charger board connected to a Li-ion/Li-Po cell, without input power, will it drain the cell?
If yes, how quick?
(I believe my question is similar to Illum's question..?)
Oh, this charger works for both Li-ion cells and Li-Po cells, right?
NVM the last question, I...

A nice vid of showing the beam pattern of the XHP70 (not mine vid)
Here's a beamshot I took couple days back, pointing at the ceiling from about 1.5meters away.
It's my first beamshot so I'd took it with the auto setting on the camera.
It's a XHP50 mounted in a Convoy L5 host with a smooth reflector.
As you can see, there is a dark spot in the middle of the...
