    are there any out there? I've found lots of lights, but don't know how anyone would ever know for sure the chips were good quality from a US manufacturer.

    So I'm new, and slow. What are the copper tubes? Do they have some kind of fluid in them? I've never seen LEDs that were anything except air cooled with an aluminum heat sink.
