    Boker keycom or CRKT Shrimp

Personally, I’d put this one my key ring, if I’d need one: http://kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=6939 This one might be a tad too large for a key ring knife, but it is the best of the cheap knives that I bought so far: http://kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=5162...

    Need a new multitool

I also had the 'bulky problem' with my LM Charge. I bought a LM Juice CS4 and I never looked back. It’s just the size of a SAK but able to accomplish about 80% of the jobs that a big LM could do. It doesn’t fit your list well though. No clip b) is ok Shiny finish Made in USA and Mexico AFAIK...

    Photos of our folder collection...

Thanks soniclove, very nice pictures and knives you have there. As for your question, the three folders in this row are cheap knives from Kaidomain. However, the red one (SKU: S006932) is of decent quality and makes a nice keyring knife. I don’t know anything about the 'SOG', I ordered the...

    terminology?

For the terminology, I’d recommend the glossary at A.G.Russel’s site: http://www.agrussell.com/Knife-Encylopedia/a/119/ Quote: Liner: Thin sheets of metal between the blade and the handle material of folding knives. An overview about locking systems can be found here...

Light Weight EDC Folder - Boker ExskeliMoor II - Little Big Knife?

Re: Light Weight EDC Folder Gentlemans knife My favorite knife in this category would be the Lionsteel Opera. http://www.lionsteel.it/fast/k/en/eur/products/mm/27 Problem is, I don’t know an US source for them and shipping from Italy could be expensive. For the poor gentleman I would...

    MUELA Spanish Knives

Thanks for the nice words Lupara, but shooting knives is quite a task and I still have to get much better. As for the import, the aceros de hispania shop has shipping fees listed for the US ($25), therefore, I assume they’ll ship to the US. However, I don’t know much about knives- and import...

    MUELA Spanish Knives

I only heard good things about Muela till now, so I ordered a Lobo 23 A and as I was already in a shopping mode, I also ordered a Bowie Knife from Aitor. I hope they will perform as well as everybody says. And yes, for 440C steel blades of this size, the prices seem to be a bargain. Still have...
