    EagleTac Clicky Ti

Re: Eagtac Titanium Clicky My D25c Ti clicky didn't come with a battery. The D25a alum clicky I bought my Dad didn't come with one either. The 2 D25c twists (one alum, one Ti) both came with batteries. Cost cutting measures?

    EagleTac Clicky Ti

Re: Eagtac Titanium Clicky I spoke with a nice gentleman at IG today to verify my shipping address and he said he was getting his shipment of D25 Ti's on Friday. Shipping notices would follow as soon as Friday or Monday.

    EagleTac Clicky Ti

Re: Eagtac Titanium Clicky Agreed. The neutral white XM-L really does give off a nice "warm" color. Perfect for distinguishing between a black or blue sock in the dark. :)

    EagleTac Clicky Ti

Re: Eagtac Titanium Clicky The D25A (aluminium) Clicky I got for my Dad came in and it's great! I love that moonlight mode. I wasnt sure if it would win me over like my Quark, but it's perfect. I cant wait for my D25C Ti Clicky to arrive! Errrr!! I hope IG sends a shipping notification.

    EagleTac Clicky Ti

Re: Eagtac Titanium Clicky Pre-ordered a Ti one from IG last night. Have a D25c Alum. twisty and a D25c Ti twisty. Figured I'd just jump to the D25c Ti clicky... early fathers day gift for myself. I wonder how far into the 500pc run they are?? Oh and I ordered a D25a Alum clicky for my Dad...

Any word on the Eagletac D25 series clickys?

Seems like strobe is another "camp" like JHC was talking about. Those who prefer a more tactical light want it easily accessible. Those who don't use it as part of a self defence option want it hidden. I have a few ET lights, 2 are D25's, I haven't decided if I'll get a clicky yet, tho the...

My D25C is finicky as well. It does a double flash between modes most of the time. Same when turning it on. It does a quick flash then turns on. You have to be quick when switching modes. Much quicker than my non-ti D25C.

What was the last LED light you purchased and why?

I saw that on the AA version. It's stated on their website as non-removable. It's integral to the head I believe. It's ok, I don't mind a little "modifying". ;)

What was the last LED light you purchased and why?

Just ordered a Quark 123 R5 (no clip) today. I've become aware of the importance of a low "low" and want a rear clicky with moonlight mode. I wish the clip was the other direction on the clipped version. I'm going to try and get Nitecore or EagleTac SST clip to mount to it.

After having mine a week or 2, the threads have smoothed out some. But like you said I don't expect them to get much better. Not like my aluminum version. I played with the head tipping "feature" but tend to keep mine 1/4 turn past off to prevent accidental activation.

Mine is a bit more touchy/finicky when switching modes than my standard D25C. I attribute that to the titanium on titanium threads. I don't think titanium benefits from lube as much as aluminum does. I've put silicone grease on mine and it helped some.

    Eagletac p20c2 MK II XM-L

This was my first "premium" flashlight purchase. I keep it with me in my EDC bag. It's a great light, great features and up-gradable. Solid all around performer.
